一束大麥、一串葡萄或一把稻米,在心懷匠心精神的釀酒師手裏,可以便可變成優雅清香,擁有如此魔力的米酒。今次為大家介紹奥飛騨出品——特撰純米大吟釀。奥飛騨酒造(舊名高木酒造),在1720江戶時代開業,至今守護近三百年的傳統技術。酒造主要以飛驒川及馬瀨川交匯處伏流水釀酒,又選取如兵庫縣的山田錦及飛驒譽等著名米種,釀製出糅合傳統工藝和現代美學的清酒更於2016年全國燗酒(熱清酒)競賽獲得最高金賞獎,在目前酒造內有展示岐阜縣的文化遺產。
