Okuhida Shuzo (brewery), located in the Gifu Prefecture in central Japan, was founded in 1720. The brewery mainly uses underground water from the Maze River of Hida Takayama as the main brewing water. Inheriting 300 years of traditional brewing technique, Okuhida Shuzo is committed to producing high-quality traditional sake. The leading brands are Okuhida and Hatsumidori.
